Integrating Aircall in 72 hours
With no native connector between Aircall and BoondManager, every prospecting call was lost. We plugged their phone system into Clustor in three days: each call becomes a report, matched to the right contact and pushed automatically into the CRM.

No connector between the phone system and the CRM
At Qo|Up, prospecting happens on the phone. But between Aircall and BoondManager there was nothing: on 3 July 2026, Aircall confirmed in writing that no native integration linked the two tools. Every call therefore left with its content. Information only reached the CRM if the sales rep took the time to re-enter it — and a contact was identified in only 8% of cases.
Connected in 72 hours
The connector shipped the day after the request. Every outgoing or incoming call becomes a structured report, automatically matched to the right BoondManager contact, then pushed into the CRM. Seven report templates mirroring Qo|Up's own processes were added in thirty hours, and the Aircall directory was synchronised with Boond contacts so that every inbound call is identified.
102 calls a day, captured automatically
In six weeks, 2,970 calls were transcribed — around 102 per working day for nine users, roughly ten calls per person per day. 1,939 reports were pushed into BoondManager and 7,799 contacts synchronised to the phone directory. Contact identification rose from 8% to 86%.
« Thank you for the quick response and above all for your corrective actions! It is extremely pleasant to get this kind of responsiveness from a partner! »
