Clustor was born at INSA Lyon, from a common frustration: spending more time juggling dozens of tools than doing your actual job. Before writing a single line of code, we spent months listening to the people living that daily reality. The product came out of those conversations, not out of a hunch.

The beginning, at INSA Lyon
Clustor is founded at INSA Lyon, around a simple observation: in consulting, a huge share of the day goes into copying information from one tool to another instead of moving assignments forward.

More than 250 interviews and our first design partners
Before building anything, we run more than 250 interviews across consulting firms and staffing companies: executives, recruiters, sales reps, managers. Leaf Ingénierie, Coengi and Aptiskills then join us as design partners and shape the product with us.

The first module: consultant profiles
A raw CV goes in, a consultant profile in the firm's own branding comes out. The chore that used to take half a day per profile becomes a matter of minutes.
- May 2025
The BoondManager partnership
We make our partnership with BoondManager official, the reference CRM for staffing companies. Clustor plugs into it natively: CRM data feeds the AI, and the AI writes back into the CRM.
- August 2025
The matching engine
Our second major module: matching. Connecting a profile to an opening — and the other way around — in seconds, where it used to take half a day of reading CVs.
- September 2025
Moving into Station F
Clustor joins Station F, the largest startup incubator in Europe. A dense ecosystem of mentors, investors and startups to accelerate the product and structure our growth.

Chatty, the meeting assistant
Chatty joins your meetings, transcribes them and turns them into a structured report. No more note-taking during a candidate interview or a client review.
- January – April 2026
Expanding to the US
Off to California: Clustor joins UC Berkeley to test the product against the US market and lay the groundwork for its international expansion.
- June 2026
A CRM that fills itself in
The final piece: everything Chatty captures during the meeting flows straight back into the CRM. The manager approves, Clustor writes. Manual data entry disappears.
