A customer since Clustor's very first days, Coengi has grown from Brussels to Lyon, Aix and Barcelona. The product kept pace: skills profiles in four languages, meeting reports pushed into BoondManager, self-service onboarding for every new joiner.

Building everything, in four languages, from day one
When Coengi met Clustor in July 2025, the company had just been founded. Nothing was tooled yet: no skills profile template, no collection process, no candidate tracking. One constraint was there from the start, with offices in Brussels, Barcelona and soon Lyon: "Do you have a Spanish and English version? That is an important point for us," wrote Julien Lopez in the very first exchange.
A product that grew at the company's pace
English and Spanish skills profiles shipped on 1 September 2025, 34 days after the request. Dutch followed in 22 hours. Coengi became a paying customer 52 days after first contact. As headcount grew, the tooling kept up: meeting reports pushed automatically into BoondManager, CRM updates approved in one click, self-service management of joiners and leavers, and a completely redesigned skills profile in July 2026 to match the group's rebrand.
Close to 100 employees, and tooling that kept up
In twelve months, 22 of Coengi's 25 users produced 2,887 skills profiles, with rare consistency: five consecutive months between 278 and 329 profiles. 936 meeting reports were pushed into BoondManager and 331 CRM updates approved across all five Boond object types — making Coengi the customer that uses the integration most broadly. Responsiveness became the signature of the relationship: an export bug reported at 9:27 was confirmed fixed by the customer at 9:46.
