Automating consultant mission follow-ups
At Intys, the six-week alignment between consultant, manager and client happened verbally and left no trace. The mission follow-up journey replaces the rigid questionnaire with a 10-minute conversational interview, written or spoken, that produces a ready-to-use briefing sheet.

Knowledge that walks out with the consultant
At Intys, the six-week alignment between consultant, manager and client happened verbally. Nothing was left of it. The questionnaire meant to capture it took an hour to fill in and arrived too late. "We produce an enormous amount of content, but today it lives in people's heads," sums up Loïc Decaux, Head of AI Lab. And when a consultant leaves the firm, that content leaves with them.
A ten-minute conversation instead of a one-hour form
The consultant receives a personal link, with no account to create. Instead of a rigid questionnaire, an AI-led conversational interview — written or spoken — that follows up on their answers and takes ten to fifteen minutes. The output: a mission briefing sheet, ready to share. The first prototype was built in a single day, the very day of the scoping workshop.
Signed off by the consultants in 18 days
Eighteen days separated the specification from sign-off by the consultants themselves. On 20 July, four of them sent their feedback at 16:07; all four fixes were live at 19:21 the same day. On the platform, 19 of Intys' 21 users are active every week — the highest usage rate in our portfolio — and 9,789 candidates have been analysed in three and a half months.
« The form was tested today by several consultants. Overall, the feedback is very positive. »
