Business Developer Intern — Go-To-Market USA (M/F)
You will contribute to opening the US market for Clustor: qualified prospecting, partnerships, sales operations and product iterations with the first pilot clients.
Missions
- Identify and prioritize ICPs/segments (ESN/Staffing, Consulting) on the East/West Coast.
- Set up a modern prospecting engine (Sales nav, Apollo, sequences, ABM).
- Run the first sales cycles: discovery, demo, proof of value, closing.
- Structure local partnerships (integrators, resellers, communities).
- Produce ROI-driven content (case studies, one-pagers, scripts, US pages).
- Maintain a clean pipeline (CRM), drive metrics (conversion, cycle, ARR).
- Bring market voice back to orient product and integrations.
Profile
- Excellent written/oral communication in English (C1 minimum) and French.
- B2B SaaS culture, appetite for sales/content marketing and design to value.
- Operational rigor: organization, follow-up, reporting and ownership.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, strong autonomy, taste for fast execution.
Bonus: experience in ESN/Staffing, CRM/automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce), copywriting.
